Sydney Car Transfers (“SCT”) offers its ground transfer services subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Confirmation of Bookings:
SCT requires details of a valid Visa Card, Mastercard or American Express card before accepting a reservation unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed to.
SCT reserves the right to charge your credit card all applicable charges either prior to the journey’s commencement or after the completion of the journey.
SCT reserves the right to refuse a request if the details of the credit card provided are found to be invalid, or the requested service is deemed by SCT to be unserviceable.
Reservation requests made by email will be replied to via email confirming the service/s requested.
Point to Point Transfers:
Point to point transfers are fixed price services and any additional stops or detour during the transfer will incur extra charges ($11.00 minimum). All road tolls and airport parking fees are additional and will be added to fare total. A $22.00 surcharge applies to all services between the hours 10:00pm and 05:00 am.
Vehicle Type:
Vehicle type is not guaranteed and can vary from a select variety of industry standard sedans and SUVs. If a specific type of vehicle is requested, SCT will endeavour to meet your specific vehicle request, i.e. European cars but cannot guarantee availability.
For people mover vehicles (Vans), the rate is 1.5 times of the current sedan’s rate.
Waiting Time Charges and Grace periods:
SCT offers a (10) min grace period for all point-to-point transfer services, 30 minutes for collection from the domestic terminals (T2/T3) and 55 minutes for collections from the international terminal (T1) after the plane has reached the gate.
Additional charges will apply and will be charged in 15 minutes increments beyond the grace period at our hourly rate of $110.00 per hour.
Airports Pick up Fees and Road Tolls:
Airport pick up fees and road tolls are additional and will be added to fare total.
Current Domestic terminals (T2 and T3) pick up fee is $11.77 (up to 15 minutes)
Current International Terminal (T1) is $15.44 (up to 55 minutes)
Special Events:
Special rates apply to all special/sporting events. Price will be provided upon request.
Hourly Bookings:
The minimum number of hours for hourly or as directed service is (2) hours and any additional time will be charged in 15 min increments.
Cancellations:
A minimum of two hours’ notice is required for cancellation of point-to-point transfers, except for bookings before 08:00am. For cancellation of such bookings, notice must be given by phone/text (0409 551 552) no later than 07:00pm the night before or late cancellation fee will be charged for the full amount of the booked service.
A “No Show” for a point-to-point transfer is considered a late cancellation and will result in the full amount of the booked service being charged.
If you cannot locate your chauffeur, please contact us on 0409 551 552 (+61 409 551 552 International), for assistance before deciding to leave or a “No Show” charge for the full amount of the booked service will apply.
